How do we use your data?
We will use the information you provide us to prepare a first estimate of possible costs and a timeline for the work that you would require, which we will then send to you via one of the provided contact options – usually email.
If we need more details in order to give you a useful answer, we may contact the person indicated in the form via email or telephone. Any further information thus obtained falls under the same conditions described here.
How do we protect your data?
This contact form is transmitted in encrypted form to our server, where it is re-encrypted before being sent via email to us, where only the person specifically authorised can decrypt and access your message.
Once we have prepared your quote however, unless a specific arrangement to the contrary has been requested, our offer will be sent via regular unencrypted email. Likewise, if we have to contact you to request additional details. Let us know if your organisation requires a more secure exchange of information.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data – always encrypted – for six years after our last communication unless you indicate otherwise. In the event that our quotation results in a contract, our general terms of business will apply.
How do I exercise my data portability and deletion rights

If you are an individual, the best way to go about it is not to provide data about yourself in the first place: we are happy for you to enter only your job title (not your name) as the contact person and to use a generic company email address or phone.
Note that the aforementioned rights apply only to natural, not legal persons. Nevertheless, we will honour any analogue requests coming from an organisation's authorised representative.
